I bought the double oven because I am a baker and having 2 ovens seemed the ultimate luxury for me in my new kitchen. Also it has a proofing setting.
I love the oven The proofing setting doesnt really work the way it needs to for baking. I have learned how to use it by keeping the oven open etc. but I do have to use a precise in oven thermometer. That being said I dont know if there is any other oven that would work any better for this. I am very happy with it.

Very good looking and well featured including WIFi. Intuitive controls. While illI checked the manual for the difference between Easy Clean and Self Clean The oven was installed on Dec 14 and I figured out how to use it and in time to roast a Prime Rib dinner with all the fixings for Christmas

I just upgraded my kitchen and we installed this oven. I am so happy with our choice. Its is so colorful inside. A beautiful blue. The features are great . It has a cooling system that comes on after shut off which I think is awesome.

We moved into our home just before the pandemic. Everything was updated in our now 20 year home except the kitchen appliances. I had replaced my oven in my previous home with an LG double standing oven about 2 years before we moved and loved it I thought we had a double wall oven and it was an microwave oven combo. During the pandemic everything was sparse in appliances. I knew I needed my cabinets cut to accommodate the larger double oven. Finally things are betterand I purchased my LG oven about a month ago. The oven alone made a big transition to my kitchen. It looks gorgeous I love the features of the oven.
The crisper feature is great for muffins and cookies. My old oven didnt brown well or broil like it was supposed to. This one does it all. Ive been using different features in my cooking and have not been disappointed. We havent connected the wifi feature yet but since the entire house is Alexa controlled that fix is coming soon.

This replaced my 15 year old wall oven and I am DELIGHTED with its performance. I would have given it a 5 star rating except for an annoyance sort of minor but never the less really annoying to me. The 2 interior lights are placed too low on the sides. As a result its hard to see how the cooking is coming along...all I see is a profile not an overall view of whats cooking. For example when I bake a frozen pizza I get a perfect view of the crust facing the light and how its baking but get no light on how the top is doing - is the cheese melted or is the pepperoni fully cooked etc. Thing to remember though is that the primary job of the oven is to cook food well and for that I heartily recommend it

Ive had this oven just for a few weeks easy to install and set up it is a bit taller compared to some other brands so I had to modify my cabinet. Love the features the interior color is very nice easy clean up if something does spill with the upper heating elements.

You ask for the Model and Serial numbers in order to register this dual oven. However the installers couldnt find these numbers nor does the manual indicate where they are. A Google search indicated they are on the bottom lip of the oven control panel . . . there they were but impossible to read without a mirror but now they are upside down and somewhat difficult to decipher. Suggest you find a more customer-friendly location for these important numbers. This information for your refrigerators is easy to find and easy to read.

I purchased this double oven to replace the LG double oven that I had for 10 years. The interior is a beautiful blue and I love it. It took me awhile to navigate the prompts on the new one but my oven and I are now friends I would have given this purchase 5 stars if there was a pull out rack in each oven. My older one had one so I kept it and placed it in my new one.

There are so many different options for baking roasting convection etc. We love the tunes it plays when preheated or timer is up. Its easy to clean and were excited to learn more about it...

Purchased during COVID early last year lightly used until our first large family get-together in May 2022 self-cleaning lower oven overheated and caused failure of control panel repair completed successfully but advised to not use self-cleaning repair person discovered 240 wiring not properly shielded at installation and was a safety issue i.e. fire hazard Complaint filed with LG.

I have had numerous problems with the oven. Primarily the set temperature isnt reached in any oven setting convect or bake. Also the oven probe had to be replaced. Then the probe itself had to be replaced. Overall not a very reliable oven especially if youre a baker.

Just had this installed and have only used once but am very unhappy with the lighting. You can not see what you are cooking very well as it is very dark. The lighting needs to be much brighter and the placement of the lights on the sides of the oven make it impossible to see things on the racks on the top half of the oven.

I am so thrilled to have a second oven available for prime rub or a turkey I regularly host holiday dinners and couldnt wait to try this for the first time during Easter. I bought this double oven 2 months ago and the first time I turned on the cleaning function after 3 weeks of use it blew the sensor and locked the oven. We have now been without an oven for 3 weeks and hopefully today it will be fixed. The repair man told usthis is a problem with lg and other brands and not to use the clean function again. That is not acceptable We dont know if this is a common problem with lg ovens or if we got a defective product.

I purchased my LG appliances in 2021 and took out a five year warranty. Unfortunately I was not given a choice of getting a LG extended warranty. One year and one month after my purchase my top oven stopped working. I called the store I purchased from and they told me I needed to call the insurance warranty company that I purchased. I had three different service appointments with AE Sears. These men did not know what they were doing. They could not fix the oven. After four months of a non working top oven I called an independent company who fixed my oven. They told me that the fault was in the design of the double oven. When both ovens are on the heat builds up and disables one of the ovens and therefore you should only use one oven at a time OR drill holes in the cabinet above the top oven for the heat to escape.

We had an LG double oven previously and replaced it with the this LG oven only because we received a rebate from LG which made it a great deal. LG only keeps parts for 7 years. The lighting is horrible unless you cook everything on the bottom self. The timer has a horrible tune and they dont give options to change it. Have already had repairman out to fix the door on the bottom oven because it would read that the door was open even those it was closed.
